  • May 18, 2013 Mr. Scott Hornak Craig Scott Entertainment 18 Overlook Avenue Rochelle Park, NJ 07662 Dear Scott: Please accept our sincere gratitude for the exceptional talent that the Guthrie Brothers offered at our youngest son, Danny's bar mitzvah luncheon on May 4, 2013 at The Brick House in Wyckoff. As you may know, we have celebrated three bar mitzvahs in our family since 2008, all of which included the enthusiasm, professionalism, and enjoyable music of the Guthrie Brothers. When our guests arrived at The Brick House two weeks ago, they were ecstatic to see the duo set up in the bar playing all of our favorites from the 70s and 80s through the present. One friend (who I've known since first grade) asked if I'd considered booking them now for the boys’ weddings. Fortunately, I don't have to worry about planning them for a long time, but I do hope the Guthries will still be going strong. The song list for the Guthries is inclusive of all the music my husband and I love. They are very, very talented and always do everything they can to please our guests - young and old.     I'm sure that people will be asking me for your name. I told you that the music was the first thing I wanted to pin down for this party. I'm so glad my sister had heard you guys and remembered your name. It was everything I wanted and more.

    David felt exactly the same way. He loved you guys and swears he remembers every single song up until he was carried upstairs at 9:45pm:)

    It was just an added benefit that you and your brother are such kind, cool people.

    The Guthrie Brothers played at my engagement party, and they were so good that I couldn’t wait to work with them again. A year and half later, I hired them for the AIG corporate holiday party and everyone enjoyed their singing and their wonderful personalities.

    They are extremely talented and they can set the right atmosphere for any party. They played all of our favorite songs, and the guests (having distinctly different preferences) enjoyed the music thoroughly. It was as if we had a custom made “soundtrack” for our party. Jeb and Jock are great musicians, but they also care deeply about making their clients happy. They took the time to get to know me and my husband and play the music we wanted to hear. Additionally, they really enjoy performing and took pride that our guests loved their music and were having a good time.

    It was my pleasure to hire them again for the AIG corporate holiday party. They set the right tone and played many festive songs as well as any requests. Everyone agreed they were fabulous and loved that they could enjoy the music as they mingled and networked. Jeb and Jock were very professional - they got to the venue early, set up and were ready to play with time to spare before the party began. They are easy to depend on, and their reliability and punctuality are essential for the corporate environment.

    I wholeheartedly recommend the Guthrie Brothers for any personal or professional party. Most important, their music has the right energy for any party. I plan to use them many times in the future!
